In this first episode of the Darlie Routier trial, you will hear a brief recap and then the reading of the indictment, the opening statements of both the prosecution and the defense, as well as the testimony of the medical examiner who did the autopsy on Devon Routier, the oldest of the two Routier boys. 

 

Darlie currently sits on death row at the Mountain View Unit, Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
